Please note that if you need to cancel your reservation, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund, less a $75Aus administration fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. However, you may use the deposit as a credit for future accommodation within a 12-month period from the date of the original booking. All cancellations must be made in writing.
