"Have had no problems with staff or facilities. Though, increasingly worse experience and atmosphere each time I come here due to other inconsiderate patrons. Crying and screaming kids with parents that don't acknowledge or attend to the kids- are there no more soundproof rooms? People kicking chairs and talking through the entire movie. Recommend going to the very last screening of movies, if at all."
"One of the best Events Cinemas I have experienced to date. We went as it was a rainy day while we were on holiday. The self serve confectionery area was a bit of a mess due to it being school holidays. Pop corn all over the floor. The cashier queue moved quickly. The seating was comfortable, and we enjoyed the movie. It's just a pity that there is no reminder to ask people to refrain from holding full conversations during the movie. It's not the cinemas' fault. People should be respectful of others sitting close by."
"Great Cinema, good to see the prices are coming down for tickets with more deals. Had to reschedule and was quick and easy to change online. Still wish more popcorn alternatives still missing the sweet and salty. I'd be happy with smaller boxes with more flavours available. Stock was again a bit low. Went with child and she really wanted the little mermaid set but they didn't have the popcorn boxes and cups where missing straws? But overall cleanliness was good and staff still friendly :)"

The service is 5stars and the cinemas are impeccable, thank you very much Lauren, Jaz and the events team for handling group booking like absolute professionals. Highly recommended"
"Went in gold class and the new event cinemas venue was very clean with great seats. Selection of food and drinks was ok with a lot of things being out of stock. Layout and service of the food bar was pretty bad however and it takes a little bit of time to go get everything you'd like before the movie."
