"I got the branch wrong for my MRI appointment and checked in at this branch. But the ladies at the front desk were nice enough to check my appointment on the system and wrote down the address of the branch, that I supposed to go. Later on, I found that they even called the other branch to let them know I made a mistake and I’m running late for my appointment. Thank you so much for your help."

"This review in no way includes the lovely front line young staff member, who was everything any business needs. I would like to explain to the female who gave me instructions in the change room. Firstly, you need to drop the "attitude" have some training in communicating with the more mature generation, and perhaps learn a little respect. You were rude, abrupt and have no empathy. Just remember one day you will get old (happens to the worst of us), and hopefully will be treated with more compassion and understanding than you gave me last Friday. You appear to be just another one of the current "entitled " generation. God help the old people who come after me !! Perhaps you just hate your job !!"

"i had my procedure done today at this radiology, i had very pleasant experience. The frontdesk girls were lovely. Doctor and two lovely ladies kate and Caitlin were such a wonderful one, you guys made my experince so nice and comfortable. I would rate 10/10 because of them. Thank you so much."

"We were running 10 minutes later for a 4:20 pm appointment, so we rang and informed the staff. Upon our arrival we found the front desk staff lady extremely rude, we told them that we rang you and she Is like no one told me. Starting from our arrival, filling the registration form to referrals form, she made us so much uncomfortable. I hope someone reminds of her training and be nice to people who respect you."

"I recently had to have two separate biopsies done at the melb st branch and I've had a pleasant experience both times. I saw dr robinson the first time and dr wong the second time and both were fantastic. I also can commend the sonographers I saw both times - the receptionist I booked with made sure that I had the fabulous rachel for both procedures so that I had some continuity. I didn't catch the name of the second sonographer today, (she had short curly hair) but she was wonderful also. everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, after I shared with the receptionist that I was very anxious about the second procedure. they were accommodating to my needs and I felt very well taken care of. I'm so grateful that a stressful experience was handled with the utmost care."
