"I cannot fault the care I received during my pregnancy and the birth of my son in April 2022. Dr Casie is the most wonderful, warm and competent OB that I could have asked for. She made sure we were informed, considered and felt comfortable the entire time. I had a planned c section just before Easter and it wasn’t supposed to be till the day after the long weekend, but I was having false labor pains for days, and she pulled out all the stops so I had options. She and her lovely partner, went out of their way to combine forces to deliver our son the Thursday night before Easter & it wound up being such a beautiful birth experience. The entire team at Her were just so lovely, and this was at a time when Covid restrictions were at their highest and things were incredibly challenging. They did such an incredible job. My son is nearly 16 months old now and I am still thankful everyday for how my pregnancy was managed and the delivery experience I had. I would recommend Casie and the Her team to anyone!"
"Best obstetrician and staff. I can't thank Dr Carmel enough for making my pregnancy journey so easy going."
"Dr Carmel and her team are Adelaide's best. There is no faulting the care of the doctors, midwives and other heath professionals, as well as the efficiency and friendliness of their admin team."
"I could not fault the care I receive from Dr Walsh and all the wonderful staff at HER. The clinic itself is so beautiful and makes you feel at ease. I feel listened to, cared for and in excellent hands and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely clinic to family and friends."
"I am very disappointed with my experience at Her. I chose to be a private patient even though I didn’t have health insurance because I wanted the same obstetrician throughout my pregnancy and birth. I was told at 38 weeks that my doctor did not have birthing rights at Women’s and Children’s despite being given the option to choose this hospital at the beginning and continuously speaking about where I’d be giving birth with my doctor. We understand birthing plans might not go to plan but when the back up doctor doesn’t come at the time they say, and their only advice over the phone is to give pain relief when I specifically stated that I don’t want pain relief then how are my needs and wants being listened to? We also sent an email voicing our concerns 2 months ago and are yet to hear back. So much for being there for their patients."
