"Very cheap and nice clothes. Staff on the other hand... every time I've been in here I have been shocked at how rude the staff are. I asked a question about if they stocked my size and I got an annoyed sounding response which just made me want to leave."
"They have a great selection of clothing and usually lots of stock. However I am turned off coming here again due to the awful attitude of the staff. They do not care that you exist at all. No smiling, no manners and completely unhelpful when it comes to finding the right size or needing help in the change rooms. But that's OK because I can give my business to someone else who really wants it."
"Worst customer service. Went for shoping today. 3 girls on customer service were gossiping to each other. I really liked a dress and wanted to ask if they have that on smaller size. When I said excuse me, she rudely said "wait" pointing with fingers with big eyes and continued talking. I Could understand if she had said the same thing politely. No one would waste their money in such a place where they feel insulted."
