"This Asian looking lady at 5:30pm today on 25 august at perfume section rudely said to me that “she is doing me a favour when i ask her, if she could process my discount that i am entitled to since my purchase was above 100$. I was near the billing counter talking to her from past 10 minutes. I don’t know what suddenly made her said that, the store is shut and she can only process my regular purchase but can’t process my discount. Weird isn’t it?. She had a name batch but no name of it. don’t know what to say. Although, she was pretty helpful from past 10 minutes."

"David in the ferrari suit section was the kindest person who has ever assisted me in myer, and he wasn't even helping me, he was helping my partner. He is not only a hard worker but he really knows what he is talking about and isn't afraid to show his knowledge. He has a fantastic eye for detail, that in no way would ever come across as condescending as we have found in other stores. There is no way we would have felt nearly as comfortable with anyone else."
"Today, Monday 29th May 2023, I received fantastic customer service from Anna in Women's Lingerie in regards to a bra fitting. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was so lovely to chat with. Anna kept the different styles coming, trying to offer me the best fit possible. Nothing was a bother and I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything.
