"Horrified and mystified over the unwillingness of the staff to perform a simple watch band adjustment of my CITIZEN ECO-DRIVE watch. Their refusal to perform the simple procedure claiming such an operation requires warranty status and failing that - proof of purchase. It's clear that they are not interested in assisting you post sale. I’m glad that I was not seeking a replacement battery (something that jewellers have been happy to do for half a century) for my mother's watch for I suspect such a request would also be denied. Horrible, pretentious, and unhelpful staff. CITIZEN FANS AVOID. To the owner: think twice before posting your canned insincere apologies that I see posted beneath others' reviews."

"Refuse to price match other authorized dealers within Australia, instead they (Grace in this instance) pressure you to travel into the store for "a discount". 1. Price matching should ideally be an option. 2. Disclose said discount prior to wasting a potential customer's time please. Disgusting levels of professionalism."
