For new families who are joining our service for the first time and have not used My Family Lounge before, we have made the registration process seamless and easy. Simply click on the REGISTER button on the right-hand side of our webpage, and you will be guided through the registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.

If you are a new family who has previously used My Family Lounge, you can skip the registration step and proceed to step 2. Log into your MFL account and provide us with information about yourself, your child, and the specific bookings you are seeking. Our dedicated team is here to assist you in any way possible.

For families who have requested permanent bookings, we understand the importance of securing a spot for your child. Within 48 hours of your request, we will get back to you and inform you if we have a spot available. If we do, we will promptly email you an offer and kindly ask you to accept the offer. Following this, you will be required to complete and submit the Enrolment form through the MFL portal.
