Your Staff Member Sabastian was so helpful to me on Thursday 29 June 2023, Sabastian was so nice, and he actually spent the time with me, he helped me with all my products, and the products he helped me with, I purchased, The times are changing on customer service, and this store is fantastic, as it still provides you with good old real customer service, that we have always had. Sabastian would have to be one of the nicest helpful sales person I have met, you have a great worker in your store, those type of workers are hard to find, and I hope he gets to see this review, as he deserves the recognition. i was even helped to the car with all my products, I drove away happy. "We collected our online order from this store. The lady who served was great unfortunately we didn't catch her name (andre) I think. She gaves us a new puppy pack for free which was great. The reason for the negative two star review was due to a blonde lady with tattoos who works there. She made a comment to the lady serving us about the puppy bags " as your the one who keeps giving them away, you can restock them" I'm not one to write reviews but this really wound me an my girlfriend up. Just a negative way to be in a work place."
