"Yikes! The woman at the registers serving people was incredibly rude. A different customer asked for help with inserting cash into the self serve as it was having issues, the person serving me yell across to the other customer telling to to turn it around, the tone in which she did was incredibly rude. Then the EFTPOS machine I was using froze and she told me to use a different card, I mentioned that it is her machine that’s frozen. She then proceeded to get visibly and auditable upset and said I’ll have to wait for her to restart it. I then said I’ll just use the self service machine, it’ll be faster, again she got even more upset. Pretty disappointed with the service here!"

"Extremely rude manager with the purple hair and multiple incompetent staff. Fitting rooms packed full of rubbish and clothes no one bothers to take care of it so they're barely usable. Disability access room is completely innacesible. The smart casual clothes are completely covered in dirt and it's clear that the store doesn't maintain their products. You should avoid this store"

"Most workers are good. But the girl with purple in her hair trying to control the payment area was absolutely disgusting. Needs to watch her language and be nicer to the elderly. Watched on as she said to another worker "these old people needs to f$&king listen or die"."
