"I am utterly disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by the staff at Chemist Warehouse Belmont. It's as if they go out of their way to make their customers feel unwelcome and inconsequential. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting me, Despite arriving with a reasonable 30 minutes left before the posted closing time, I was met with an inexplicable and rude refusal of service. The attitude displayed by the staff was not only unprofessional but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It is inconceivable that a business would turn away a customer well within their operating hours, especially when the staff should be expected to serve patrons until the posted closing time. This incident reflects poorly on the management's commitment to customer service and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I will certainly not be returning to an establishment that treats its customers with such disrespect and lack of courtesy and I strongly advise anyone seeking helpful and friendly service to steer clear of this establishment."
"Worst pharmacy on this planet. The pharmacists act like they are doctors, you bring a prescription and they ask you 10 other questions, what's wrong with you and on and on they go. This is in front of 10 other customers in line. There is a reason why doctors spend 7+ years to get qualified and we bring a prescription to you over glorified till operators to sell us the medicine! In my case I was denied the medicine that they had in the store & this young out of school graduate asked the senior pharmacist whether they should sell me the medicine or not (seems like they have some policies inhouse to deny medicine or to dispense). The senior comes out and they want to diagnose me (with no machines, no qualifications to do so). I ended leaving without medication that I knew was available in the shop and with a doctor prescription in my hand! This borders on dangerous and this whole story is true!"
"Consistently get my order wrong! They stock my prescriptions by my Dr’s orders, yet every month deny they have it until I carry on, then they suddenly find it! Wait is ridiculous, over 35 minutes every time. Bad customer service. It blows my mind."
"Oh boy, I wish I checked the reviews beforehand. Can confirm the wait times are ludicrous at this particular branch. Would recommend avoiding if you need to pick up a script."
"The standout mention here is the staff - every single visit I have found them friendly, helpful, and they will go out of their way to find an item for you. One time I was after a product which some chemists had said was no longer being produced. The staff searched online, even though they were busy, trying to find out what was happening with the product. The prices are great and the store is quite large. They even sell dog vitamins! The only downside is the parking - there is plenty of car spaces however with so many stores in this precinct, it can be difficult to find a parking spot. I would recommend this store."
