My visit not only saw the staff member training a new employee, but her attention given to myself and other customers coming through the store was exemplary. Your display & range of shoes is what had me walking through your doors too. The last time I had needed a pair of shoes, I had walked out after listening to an employee/possible Manager swearing on her phone whilst talking to a friend. On Friday, my visit to your store was met with the calibre of this employee who had me sign up with Novo. I am sorry I did not get the woman's name but she is to be congratulated for her professionalism, attentiveness and wonderful service. She was the reason I bought a much needed 2nd pair of shoes."
