"horrible customer service from the staffs here. if you’re THAT unhappy then don’t bother come to work. everytime i go in this store, the service is horrible and she seems to hate working in this place. gave multiple chances, but always feel so unpleasant walking out. never coming back again. not the type to complain because i work retail as well but a simple smile is more than enough. her face looks disgusted when anyone asks for her help"

"The lady at the counter has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. She’s least bothered about the customers waiting at the counter to make the purchase rather she would prefer doing her own stuff. Such worst attitude(no greet, no smile, zero eye contact and no goodbye either)."

"The staff there was so rude on the Sunday I went to shop there. I tried on clothes and had about $100 worth resdy to purchase holding them in my left hand. I went to look for other items and was looking at a few blouses and was checking the sizes when a very rude shop assistant with blonde hair with an accent, (they refused to give me her name) said if I could stop messing up the rack and not to put the clothes back on the rack. I said I didn't mess up the rack and wasn't trying to put any clothes back and said politely what I could do with the heavy clothes on my left arm and she dismissively said to go the front counter and sort them out there. She didn't say, "let me help you with those and then taking them to the front like any other nice and well trained shop assistant everywhere else I have shopped, would do. I started to feel annoyed that she accused me of messing up the rack by putting them back, (whose does that that anyway?) and I said again, and alsoI didn't mess up the clothes and then she proceed to talk back and argue with me again to which I gave up and walked away. Another customer looked at me in sympathy. I after trying on a few more clothes I proceeded to purchase the clothes and no one was at the counter, so I asked this older lady nicely if she could help me with my purchase, and she was also very rude and said, "I will be there in a minute!". She huffed and after a few seconds got to the front counter and said there are 3 assistants here and why didn't I ask anyone else to serve me! I said I didn't want the blonde lady to serve me as she was rude to me and the blonde lady heard me and then proceeded to the front counter to argue with me and I said I did not want her to talk to me and she kept arguing with me even after I asked her 3 times to not talk to me. I was about to cry as I have never been treated so rudely at a shop before. I never write reviews and am not a Karen, I was minding my own business and just wanted to buy some clothes! Terrible treatment, and I will be making management aware so that Portmans is aware of what is happening at their Habour Town store, so that no one gets treated like this again!"
