"Absolutely shocking customer service just experienced at Katie’s Coomera Westfield at approximately 3:15pm on Sunday the 15th of January 2023. After purchasing an item a couple of days ago at Katie’s Westfield Helensvale, I decided that I wasn’t actually happy with the garment and wanted a refund. I took it to Katie’s Westfield Coomera (as this store is closer to where I live) to try and get a refund. However, I was told they would not give me a refund and only give me a store credit or exchange. I politely advised that I wasn’t interested in a store credit or exchange for another/other items as there was nothing else that I currently wanted. The woman was adamant that this was store policy and that no refund would be given. I said, seriously? She said yes. I said, since when? She replied, since February, last year. I said I wasn’t impressed and that I would not be back. She replied, okay, that’s fine, have a nice day. I couldn’t believe this woman. So rude. She had no care or concern whatsoever. She wasn’t apologetic about it. Just very direct and rude. So, congratulations Katie’s. You’ve just lost a lifelong customer based on your extremely poor store policy and your rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff member. I would say I probably spend around 2K per 18 months in your stores, but, not anymore! I’ll never shop with you again and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends about it also. DO NOT SHOP AT KATIES!"
"This store feels a little over crowed compared to the other stores. I’m in my late 20s and I don’t experience the same great customer service as the older ladies, feels a little biased. I’ve always brought my work pants and other work clothes from Katie’s. Also the store was closed at 4pm on Wednesday, all the other stores in the Westfield shopping centre are open till 530. People don’t usually finish work till 4-5pm. I wanted to get my click and collect order. prices always cheaper online, they won’t price match in store."
