Reviews
"It's a large play centre well suited to younger children. Toddler area, bouncy castle and indoor climbing gym. $14 child entry. Comfortable seating. Food & drink quality, range and serve size is good, although a little more costly than elsewhere. Does need more healthy options - the fruit salad was great, but stood alone in the fruit/veg options. Parking was limited. No hand is sanitiser available for use, which is frustrating and unusual in a play centre. Has birthday party options."
"Table and chairs are very cramped in making it hard to move around with pram. They need a gate on the toddle play area. This play area was noticeably grubby very grubby which was off putting. Tables were all sticky and dirty. No one clearing or cleaning once other customers left. We left after 45 mins I couldn’t handle how dirty it was"
"Lots of fun. Great coffee too. As you'd expect, it was noisy, but we went on the first day of school holidays. Kids had a wonderful time playing. There are dedicated baby/toddler play sections away from the rowdy older kids."
"This is the dirtiest play Cafe I have ever been to. The baby area was full of children that looked about 10 years old so we couldn't even let our 11 month old crawl around. The bikes were everywhere, being ridden through the table area, crashing into our legs. The tables were so filthy we couldn't even place anything on the table. We were also waiting over 5 minutes to be served to come in. Many staff not even acknowledging us to the point we were confused if we had entered through the wrong door. The under 4s area had no gate so all ages were inside including the bikes... on the playground! Not safe for preschoolers to even try to use. The lack of hygiene was the worst part of today's experience. This place was great about 5 years ago, what has changed?"
"My son and I always love to visit this centre! Very spacious, good food bar, nice seating area for the parents and lots of natural lighting! The centre always feels less crowded. Staffs are very friendly from the gate to serving the food. Toilets are very well maintained! My only comment is I truly believe the centre needs an upgrading - at least for some of the finishes. Some of the safety nets are ripped with enough gap for a child to accidentally fall in. And the floor carpets are in bad condition that might be a trip hazard. Just an observation and I'm pretty sure the management have plans for it!"
