Followed all the online procedures but nothing happened until another customer rang the doorbell (despite it saying just to wait in the pick up bay on the instructions), then the attendant wasn't too friendly and I had to wait a fair while to receive one small item."
"The store itself has a good range at reasonable prices. However the staff aren't on the same page and I got so many different answers to the same question regarding stock that I gave up and got the answers I needed from the Cumberland Park store. They have serious staff problems at Kilkenny. One example, I argued with a girl on staff about the store being at Arndale shopping centre to which she said that Big W have never had a store are Arndale!! I told her I was in the store the day before and she said it was impossible, I must have been confused and hung up on me when I asked for her name. The Kilkenny website is also in need of a major makeover as like the staff, it didn't really know what's going on. Total shambles."
