"How ridiculous with Grahams Jewellers website setup. Purchased and paid immediately on Sunday 06/08/23 (order number GR200035256) and personally emailed the next day 07/08/23 to make sure this birthday gift is being processed (SRPK17K), at that time item still showing stock available on their website. On the 08/08/23 my transaction was cancelled told oversold and refund?? I am not happy with this outcome and have chosen your business over other business while same price and others are showing stock available at the point of decision. Now this watch model is sold out everywhere in Australia…;( Told online staff to escalate it and havn’t heard back from management/owner what they going to do to make it right?"

"Disappointed to spend $1250 on a bracelet for it to be thrown in a plastic bag and shipped to NSW with no care what so ever. Whilst I appreciate COVID and the tough times this is a present for my partners 30th and looks like a child has put it together."

"Will NOT be frequenting ANY Grahams Jewellers store EVER again. I purchased a very expensive bracelet for my wife for Christmas 2020 within 2 months a link broke while she was wearing it out (fortunately she saw it on the floor and picked it up) The jeweler repaired it but gave no guarantee that it will not happen again, hence my wife is now too scared to wear it. So now we have a $1168 jewellery box dwelling chain."

"I bought a pearl bracelet, which was not expensive, so I put it on straightaway in the Store. The next day, I got to the store to change a more fashionable style in exchange, but I was told that I had already worn it, so I could not change it!! ? The rule is not printing on the receipt ! They are nonverbally suggestion for if you where you could not return or exchange! No one told me I couldn’t wear it!? Isn’t jewelry meant to be worn? They staff said because of the covert! But at least before I check out give me a heads up, Will be really helpful!! Just a heads up for everyone if you buy ,want it ,you can’t exchange in 14 days ."

"My partner brought me a gold bracelet for my birthday. I had only worn it a few times when it broke, so I took it back to the Muno para shop where he brought it The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Also finding other faults with the bracelet so she sent it of to be repaired. And a couple of extra links to be added. When I went to pick it up the lady behind the counter stated that the cost of fixing the bracelet was $85.. When I inquired about the cost she stated it was for the cost of repair, the only links they added were in place of the bigger link that was faulty, When I said they were supposed to have extra links added she got all defensive and said no it doesn’t say that on the order form, I pointed out there it is written in black and white , she tried to argue the point with me. How can she not see that it was written on the form anyway I paid my money told them that I had had enough and thanks for nothing I now have to take it to another jewellery shop so they can fix the mess that Graham’s jeweller made The bracelet doesn’t even look the same any more So never will we shop there again Not only did they not fix the bracelet properly they tried to weezel their way out of it but still charging me So Graham’s stick your store You are pathetic"
