"I am beyond mortified by this store and their "so called" customer service. While shopping today at 4:30 on the 24/01/21, I witnessed a worker practically scream at another customer. To the point where the customer went to leave and she said things like "waste of my time". Honestly traumatising. If I could give the store a 0 I would. As someone who works in retail this is embarrassing and you will never catch me in this store again. Just a heads up, I have a photo of the employee and will be taking this further. Nice one novo."
"Staff are so rude! I was clearly waiting to be served while all 3 were standing behind the counter talking. I had to go up and interrupt to ask for a pair of shoes. Also seen them all gossiping about another customer! Not once did I see any of them smile and felt so uncomfortable asking for shoes especially from the girl with brown hair. I would of left and gone to another store but I had a gift voucher. Will not be shopping here again."
