"Came to buy a battery from here which was available in Stock, the young white male with moustache, said it was not, I picked one that looked similar to it. He didn't tell me it was not compatible at all. I went to the car then likely I checked and it was not compatible. I went back and the blonde female and the Middle eastern/Indian fella were very helpful and told me it is not compatible with my vehicle and told me the Battery i was looking for was available in stock. The young white fella that sold me the wrong one lied and said "I told you it doesn't fit your car" which is a blatant lie. Instead of apologising he was rude, disrespectful and adamant it was my fault and not his mistake. I hope the manager has a friendly chat with him and give him some training to enhance his poor customer service skills and poor manners. The only reason i am giving 2 stars and not 1, because of the blonde and Middle easter fella with the beard who saved me 40 min drive. Certainly I would never come back and buy from here again."

"Awesome customer service. Got a defective bottle of Mothers Plastic Polish, very separated and watery. Brought it back and immediately they checked and found 3 others bottles that were defective and 2 were ok, so I got replaced with one that has the correct creamy consistency. I had like 4 person assisting me with that 1 issue lol. Finally my headlight is shining new."
