"Placed 2 online orders for pick up. Received 2 SMSs shortly after that orders were ready. Arrived the next day and one order is completely missing, the second order had 3 items that were completely wrong. Staff had marked that order as "picked up". Said that they needed to call someone and cancel that order and wait for stock. I'm on the phone to their 1300 number on their website and on hold for over 20 minutes. Rubbish customer service but not unexpected for a rubbish poor performing company."
