Dr. Oleh Kay

"Dr Oleh Kay has been my dr for over 10 years on a need to use basis and is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. HOWEVER I recently tried to book an appointment with Margaret the receptionist and not only was she rude every single time I called (leaving me feel worse than I already did) but she also said that I had to go to their office for an appointment even though I had stated I had moved 2 hours away, I was not allowed a zoom appointment. I was also working that day. She said the appointment would be $500 regardless of if I had private health or not. And she said I had to be fully up to date with covid vaccines including boosters even though this wasn't mandatory at the time. Very disappointing and disgusting customer service from someone working in this field."
