We recognize that counselling is a process that requires time and commitment. It may take several sessions before you begin to notice long-lasting positive improvements. Our fees for a typical 60-minute session range between $120 and $200. However, many Scarborough Counselling Facilities offer Medicare rebates if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor. Additionally, employee assistance programs and pastor assistance programs can help reduce costs, making your sessions more affordable.

For most individuals, a weekly session is a great starting point for counselling.
