Very grateful for the care and support she receives from both managers and staff. Rare to find such personal service. Well done!"
"great produce and product here but the customer service is really bad. usually i don’t really care for customer service as i worked in retail myself and know what it’s like, but there’s a difference between just doing your job and just being rude. every single time i go there the staff look miserable and almost roll their eyes when you ask for assistance. the last time i went there the lady serving me was looking at my 10 month old in disgust for no reason and it was extremely strange. it’s a shame because i love shopping here and it’s super convenient for me being around the corner, but i feel uncomfortable everytime i step foot in there."
