"Couldn’t get past the woman on reception with the freezer compartment fan motor (not working) that I pulled out of my Samsung fridge freezer. All I wanted to know was if it was stuffed (as suspected) and if they sold a new motor. It says on your front sign electrical services and spare parts and you are supposed to be Samsung specialists. Time to lift your game or get new front of house staff."

"Customer service are not words in their vocabulary. They came out and 'fixed' my under warranty machine. When I used the washing machine, it leaked. I rang the company, who then said I needed to go through the whole process of ringing the manufacturer again to see if it's covered. No doubt another two days sat at home waiting for them to first check it then fix it (hopeful). If they'd done the job properly in the first place, we wouldn't have an issue. How does their incompetence become my problem? Perhaps I should invoice them for my time. Anyone got the number of the ombudsman?"

"Explained to the lady on the phone the issue I had with my Samsung product, she then suggested that she will send a technician out to have it fix (as they will be able to do it). When the technician arrived, he had a look for less than 5 minutes and left the premise. He was a nice man and suggested that nothing needs to be fixed (if needed, it should be a plumber’s job, not his). If it was a plumber’s job, why did the lady on the phone sent a technician after I explained what the issue was? She then contacted me to say she’ll refund me the remaining and charge me $90 for call out fee of a job less than 5 minutes. This is how they scam you. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM CAMTEC !"

"Do not use this business. I contacted them as advised by my oven manufacturer to have a glass door replaced. Before booking the appointment, I told the agent over the phone of all the oven details and what needed to be repaired. She advised this wasn't an issue and they could do it. This morning, the technician arrived was here for less than 5 minutes and said that they could do it and I would receive a quote within the day. Received a call this afternoon from Cakmtek advising they cannot get the glass required and could not do the job. Despite being told they could numerous times, I have now been charged a $198 service fee with nothing provided. On a side note, the lady from Camtek over the phone I dealt with was lovely, and I feel sorry for her working under this company."
