"I have been using Canningvale boarding kennels and cattery for some time now, they are fantastic, the cat cave is great, my cats love it and are so comfortable with the music playing and sound of water with the fish pond. I highly recommend them."

"I'm disgusted after picking up my two cats. They stayed here for 4 nights and I'm so angry and upset I'm literally in tears. 1. Our once friendly cats (one more so than the other), are both absolutely terrified of sounds and both me and my partner. They are hiding in the corner cowering in fear everytime we even try to go near them. That's not normal at all, they've stayed places before and come home fine- this is NOT IT. I'm not sure whether it was abuse from workers or what, but I'm super maddd!! 2. Once they came home I checked them over and realised how bad their condition is. They look sickly skinny. After weighing both they have lost next to 1kg EACH over their 4 night stay.. shocking!!! I fed them some food and they are starvinggg, they ate this food like their lives depended on it (once I was a "safe" distanceaway from their bowls, also not normal). I'm appaled, it really explains why they're in such terrible condition. For the price we paid I would have expected them to at the very least be cared for properly. Please if you read this NEVER BOARD YOUR PETS HERE. I feel sick to the stomach at how my precious babies have come back. This is shocking, shame on you for your lack of loving care for my cats. I will spread this message on every platform I have. I never want anyone to experience what we have with our babies."

"The kennels were small, and bedding was seriously stained and wet. The owner was quite rude. Our dog, which is quite large, hadn't been let out during his entire stay as the lead was exactly how I had left it hanging on his door. Dog was very tired, and hungry when she got home...I feel like a bad pet owner for leaving my big girl at this place. Do not consider this place, or have a look before you take your dog there."

"I have been using Canning Vale Boarding Kennels and Cattery for about 15 years now. I have always found the staff there to be incredibly caring, and they genuinely love looking after all of the animals there. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking at leaving their pet somewhere where they will be loved and cared for. They will make sure that your pet is fed whatever food you prefer, and they make sure that all medicines are given - if your pet requires them. They will also keep in touch to let you know how your pet is settling in. They also make sure that your pet is given lots of cuddles and play time. It is a fantastic place."

"We have boarded our Doberman and in the past our greyhound with Canningvale Kennels many times, each time has been really great with them being returned to us in great shape, healthy and happy. The owners and the girls working there are very friendly and professional and will update you via Facebook or email if you want to check on how your furry child is going. Also took care of our dog with some medical issues that were ongoing without any issues. Recommended by our Vet originally and now we wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else. Can’t recommend these guys enough."
