"I’m so glad I went to here for a second opinion for our cat Poppet for a reoccurring growth on her ear that she would scratch off and after a few months would come back. After a biopsy, Dr Ram rung me with the results, he gave us a couple of options and never pressured us into making a decision right away. Gave us the pros and cons of both. A month or so later we opted for him to remove part of her ear to hopefully stop the cyst from returning. Dr Ram and Sophie were very caring when we dropped her off and picked her up. Now to try and stop her walking into doors and walls with the cone around her head for the next 2 weeks lol"

"Dr Ram and nurses(Sophie and Meiling) at this vet hospital are incredibly responsible. I felt helpless when I brought my golden retriever (Yoyo) in for treatment. Because Yoyo started bleeding and had fecal incontinence in midnight and I brought her to a emergency vet early but no improved. I was truly overwhelmed and devastated. She was seriously ill, and when I arrived at the canningvale vet hospital , I couldn't control my emotions and started crying. However, Dr Ram and nurse Sophie promptly provided assistance for Yoyo. English is not my native language, but they used simple words to help me better understand Yoyo’s condition, which made me completely fearless. I could sense that they genuinely wanted to help me and save my girl . Yoyo was dehydrated, and Dr Ram administered infusion. I was able to stay with yoyo to throughout the entire process because they knew yoyo needed me. After receiving medication, Yoyo's symptoms improved rapidly. It is a vet hospital with warmth. I'm truly touched by their care and dedication. Highly recommend!"
