"I was there at 7.30pm last night 31/7/23. 25m pool was fairly packed. I entered the medium pace pool with my 8yo daughter. An older man who was a quicker swimmer grabbed her legs from behind and told her to f-off. My daughter does about 40s per 25m and we swim 1.5km here every other day. The lifeguards on duty did not do anything but instead told us to move away from that lane. Just to put it in context, a man in his 60s with swimming aids was holding up the fast lane, while 2 others in full scuba gear were playing in the slow lane. This should be allocated to the exercise lane. Most days it is good here. Your staff on duty didn't do their job on this day. Rather disappointing experience."
"I've been to this swimming center for 2 months, every facility was really satisfying and I really enjoyed swimming class. However, I won't come here anymore because I was really disappointed with the customer service. Someone put my shoe in the garbage bin in changing room when I was changing my clothes in shower booth. I was so offended and shocked for it. I almost felt like some racist did it because I did nothing but just changing my clothes! I told about it at the reception. After that, they called duty officer for me and we had talk for a while. The officer's attitude was bad. He said 'So you got your shoe back? Then all good.' And I said that some action should be done for it. Because there's someone who put others shoe in the bin for no reason! But he just said there's no camera in changing room and there's nothing he can't do. I expected him at least to apologize what happened to me but he never said 'I apologize for it' or 'I'm so sorry for that.' I felt like the conversation was such a waste of time. I hope you to educate him about proper attitude he should have for customers."
"We will be cancelling our membership and going elsewhere after today. Almost everytime we come 90% of the pool is blocked off for swimming lessons. Whilst I understand they run swimming lessons (of which my children are involved in) I feel this is getting out of control."
"I just visited Cannington library and requested about various books & magazines. Sofie, the library staff member helped me immensely and she got so much of patience and knowledge about all the books and magazines available in the library. Never in my 18 years of living in WA, I found such an efficient and wise person in a library. Thank you Cannington Library for having such an amazing employee like Sofie."
