"Incredibly disappointing experience on Sunday. My partner and I were in the store for over an hour and were not acknowledged once. Not when we entered, not when we quite obviously needed assistance, nor when we decided to purchase something and were ignored twice at the register. There appeared to be enough staff for the amount of customers in the store. We ended up abandoning our purchases and went to a competitor where our experience was the polar opposite to this one."
