"14/02/2022 The two ladies that was working there was too busy talking to each other & don’t even have the courtesy to say a quick hello or if there’s anything that they could help me with. Was looking for bathers for my daughter, we were in the shop for around 5 minutes. Ended up getting a Roxy bathers at Myers for a much better price & service. Absolutely appalling service & seems to racial profile customers. Won’t be a sad day it this brick & mortar shop has to go & it won’t be missed. Shame as I always like shopping at Cotton On for my kids & never had any issues like this till today. This is like the end of the spectrum as the staffs at the Cotton On in Carousel shopping centre is always welcoming & helpful."
