"This review is for the Furniture department. Don’t trust their sales people. In July, we decided to buy a lounge that we only need in December after we were told we could have our deposit back if we changed our mind. Two weeks later, we decided we wanted something different but still not quite sure what we want to get. Tried to get the refund which was not authorised by the manager who said that, in reality, we can use our deposit to buy something else with same or greater value but not a refund. That is what I call bad customer service and lying to your customers."
"We bought our dining table, entertainment unit and coffee table from here and we can’t recommend them enough. Everything was straight forward they told us the wait time was 6 weeks for all of it and they’d give us a call when it was ready for final payment and to book a delivery date. The wait was only 3 weeks and when they called they were able to deliver only 2 days later and were here right on time. Very happy"
"The worth service I ever had. Do not recommend to purchase anything from them. All what they are interested is to get your money and after that they could charge delivery time , what they did with me I am waiting for my chairs to be arrive 1 months but they extended to another 3 weeks . Anne can’t deal with customer support, I think she is wrong person for this position"
