"THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY ❌Appear to be knowingly aiding & abetting Cavalcade PTY LTD, as the directors have seen all the evidence of wrongdoing. ❌ They have made decisions on my behalf without my knowledge or approval. ❌ Appear to have falsified Cavalcade & my personal & SMSF accounts. ❌ They only reconcile accounts, they do not care if the accounts are factually correct. Previously known as MVP Financial Ltd, & Accent Accounting Ltd. Level 1, 9 Bowman Street, South Perth WA 6151 I have been the victim of what would appear corporate fraudulent activities resulting in being left destitute, financially, & emotionally ruined & bullied by this company! I have been aggressively attacked by Here Business and Wealth Ltd, who were my Accountants, & resigned in 2019 because I refused to sign that my accounts were factually correct when they were not! One of the Directors of Here Business & Wealth Ltd served me a DVO to scare me. They also appear to have sent a letter from the auditor trying to get me to sign off my accounts were compliant, when they were not. The auditor when questioned knew nothing of the letter sent to me. Here Business & Wealth Ltd, who are the Accountants of Cavalcade Pty Ltd, & John Gilmore (my Financial Advisor (unlicensed)), & administrator of Cavalcade Pty Ltd) helped establish Cavalcade Pty Ltd as a company that should not have traded multiple investments in their portfolio. Due to this, investors have lost millions of dollars. I have a copy of all the documentation, which the directors of Here Business & Wealth LTD & Cavalcade Pty Ltd have been provided. There are a number of documents & evidence that prove this. All investors of Cavalcade Pty Ltd were unsophisticated investors. Cavalcade Pty Ltd Directors Stephen Goodwin & Alan Graham were two financial professionals from RACWA (they no longer work there??) Should you want any information please message me. I do not want anyone going through what I and the other investors have gone through. The Directors of Here Business & Wealth Ltd & Cavalcade Pty Ltd have a copy of the evidence however they refuse to engage. No one deserves this! Please share with everyone you know. "DO NOT TRUST this company. A copy of my documents were made without my authorisation and in violation of my privacy and confidentiality agreement. And was LIED too about the copy. In full story; It took them 2 weeks to prepare a proposal or to contact me to advice otherwise. With 2 voided calls made by myself to Micheal. Their first excuse was he had meetings, ok fair enough. Though their second excuse was he was caught up with some work.. so caught up you cant attend too a 2 minute convo? Very shady. So I told them that I no longer need their service anymore and I am on my way to the office to pick my confidential documents (est. 100pgs). So I picked up the documents. Soon later, I noticed that they took out the sturdy staple I had seen on it last and had restapled one of my documents (not very well, as had pages falling apart). Obviously I assumed the only logical reason anyone would unstaple a document is to make copies. So the next day I went back to their business place and asked Joanne if they had made any COPIES of my documents. She REPLIES NO and so I gave her another chance and asked her if she was sure? she replied yes she was sure. I had to provide her with my evidence for her to understand that I was not going anywhere.. so she went to go speak to Micheal Flavio and minutes later she walks back with a COPY of my documents. She then goes back on her word too tell me their was a copy made and that was the only copy, which they are returning to me. So she first tells me there were no copies and I ask her again and she stands by her no, so then I show her my evidence and she somehow finds a copy of my documents? Copied documents that were NOT AUTHORISED or instructed by the owner of the documents to be made, and lied to me about doing so. They had no reason at all to copy my work and when asked why copies were made Micheal's response was to tell me they were not what I was looking for and that they were going to send me an email.. ok so, they were not what I was looking for however they made unauthorised copies of my documents anyway? They couldn't pick up the phone or send a quick email but they had the time to make a copy or copies of my plans? If they made the decision at the same time I came to pick up the copy, why didnt Micheal come out to hand me the copy himself? Instead made Joanne bring them to me. Clearly he was trying to avoid me the best he could. Only for him to come out on defense after I question Joanne on why copies were made (and truthfully they have no defense at all...). They clearly have no principles as a company and have absolutley no regard to any agreements made. There SHOULD NOT be any copies made by ANY company of ANY documents that were given to them in confidence. Do not trust this company. If they can take my innovations and plans so easily, lie to me about it and act shady for weeks.. Makes me wonder how many times they've done this? I have video recordings of the whole thing and expressed such over email and they didnt even have the decency to reply at all, let alone with an apology. They have no remorse for their unethical behaviour. Who can trust any of them anymore. I ask clients to please be awear. And Goodluck. Reply to your comment: Instead of trying to damage control on here with lies, you could have communicated this over email. If your receptionist made a mistake why wasnt that addressed sooner? This is the first im hearing on the mistake since the situation. If you were sincere you would atleast communicate this over email. But I genuinely hope its true. Also there was absolutely no verbal abuse. Please dont falsely drag my name through the ground like that. No names where called. Only a tone of frustration was used. You were put on the hot seat, you did not like it so now your defense is to act like a victim. Had 2 meetings 6mths apart. Not several."
