"Maybe it's just bad luck but out of the other branches this is consistently the worst place to get a burrito. The meat seems to be of lower quality its mostly gristle and the rice is often undercooked. Also the burrito leaks and makes a mess indicating its not being prepared properly. I'm done with this place"

"ok guys I have to be honest - I have been a big fan of zambies for years. I come every Friday after work and then eat my burrito watching Netflix after a hard day. BUTT lately EVERY time I come without a doubt they mess up my order. I say every time no cheese or sour cream because I am lactose intolerant and YET I still get it. I say no ONION and then I still get it and I'm left with onion breath. I say NO hallos and then my mouth is burning when I bite into it. I keep going back like you would with an ex hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I won't be coming back to the this one. But guys - the canning vale one is elite. They never mess it up. I am not one to be harsh because I've done hospo but they even repeat it back and every time mess it up. Zambies you've broken my heart. Good bye guys :((((("

"Went to zambreros tonight expecting an average experience, but I was truly astonished with the speed, expertise and friendliness of Sienna tonight. She took my order and had my food ready within minutes and it tasted just terrific. Will be back."

"Store closed early, which meant we were sitting in the drive through at 9:50 (with all its lights on outside) and no one was serving us. Waited there for five minutes, proceed to drive all the way through and all lights were turned off. Saw an individual inside the store but unsure if they were an employee or not."
