"I ordered “same day delivery” on the 3rd of January. I understood it would come the next day as it was already late in the day. The next day I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. When I called the store they told me the delivery driver said he would be back at 4 to collect my order as it was still sitting in store packed ready to go. Waited another 2 days, called the store back they told me my parcel was still sitting there waiting to be delivered and told me to come collect in store if I was around that area but if it had been picked up for delivery they would call me. Went in store to collect, was told it was no longer there. I then received an email that Australia post has my package and has been “delayed” ever since it is now 23rd Jan and still waiting for my “same day delivery”"

Girl was so wrapped up in her scan tool she nearly walked into me. As someone who used to work for Priceline and has stayed loyal to the company, I’ll be travelling further to National Pharmacies instead"
"Shocking service! Complete lack of interest in helping customers. Half way through serving me the sales assistant just walked away for no reason, saying she'd be back. She didn't come back. I tried getting stuff on my own, but they were out of stock & out of testers. Appalling! Will never go back."
