"The experiences I have at this clinic is outstanding. The doctors I have seen either a one time or regularly are very thorough and understanding. They never disappoint. Your concerns will be met. Doctors act fast with your matters. I have not had a bad experience here once. Appointments are always on time at this clinic. The most I waited was 5 minutes. You will not feel rushed or overlooked when you are at your appointment. They carefully ask you questions and happily answer your concerns. Staff and receptionist are friendly and helpful. The nurses are great. The team are good with reminders for your upcoming appointments. Location is super easy to find and have lots of parking. The front receptionist can be confusing as they have two in the same building. Highly recommend. I do wish they open on weekends too."
"Yeh,nah..! Had a pretty bad experience with Dr Simon Austin. Likes to use any underlying condition that you suffer from against you! Then paints a lovely picture of you to share with his colleagues! Only seen this quack twice and he tried to take control of my life. Beware people..total quackery! Avoid like the plague!"
"Doctor Tendai Tagwira really listens to and cares about her patients. Occasionally when she's busy and I need to see someone urgently I have booked other doctors. I've never had a bad experience with any of them, but Dr Tagwira is outstanding. Most of my family members have switched to using her as their main medical practitioner."
"After changing doctors and moving to this practice I can say I've never had a warmer experience from all staff. Friendly receptionist, super supportive nurse and a doctor that goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend this clinic."
"The paediatrician has been 45 minutes late for our every appointment. They send you to the back waiting room, which while beautiful to look at, is like a sauna, no airflow, no air-conditioning. If they tell you that the doctor is not running late, it's a lie. Carpark is great though"
