"I’ve never done a negative review but i’m genuinely shocked at this interactions. I am usually served by someone else who is always friendly but came in today to buy a drink, got served by someone else had a less than 5 minute complication with money being sent to the wrong account. i was happy for the server to serve other customers while i could quickly correct the transaction but instead i was met with constant complaining and impatience blaming us for other customers possibly being angry (hadn’t even been that long and there wasn’t a line) and was just shocked to see a man atleast 30 years older than me react like such a child unprovoked. I was nice and calm throughout the whole interaction when we told him we were ready he let out a “oh my god” grunt, when he handed the drink to me he also said “am i going to hold this all day or” and sarcastically told us to have a good day at the end. I understand complications can happen and it can be frustrating but it hadn’t even been more than 5 minutes and i thought it was common knowledge to treat customers with respect"
