"Pity I gave this business my money for approx. 10 years until I made a claim. Was told my excess was $500 then told $850 and they ended up charging me $2000 excess on a $2600 claim. Loyalty is worth nothing and I found that they really didn't have a clue to what my policy was. Do yourself a favor give these guys a miss and save yourself the stress when you need " peace of mind ". I can think of another four letter word they could swap out.
