"My partner went for the citizenship test here. Simon was polite and efficient and we got confirmation of approval before we got back to the car."
"Phoned to get copy of citizenship for my mother. Was advised there are no services in office to go on website. Couldnt understand the chap I spoke with all broken english. I told him my mum doesnt have a PC? Not very helpful at all"
"The male I spoke to had no intention of helping me. I explained I could not understand his accent. Immediately started saying if I didn't follow his instructions for accessing the website, he would disconnect the call. He certainly gave the impression that he was looking for reasons not to help. Must enjoy treating people in a rude and disrespectful manner."
"The staffs are very rude !!! Especially the one called Natasha ( sounds like this one but not sure ). She just hang up my call straight away. I called a few times staffs just try to hand ball and not willing to ask the questions or help us. Hopefully don’t need to contact them anymore and it will just waste the"
"Waiting for four months for a tourist visa for a wedding after proving all the required information and having travelled to Australia before. Have Absolutely no care for people or their time. There’s absolutely No way to contact an officer or get any sort of help through an actual human. You call for help and none of the customer services reps are qualified to advise you and are never willing to help you. Every thing just directs you to their website. You can see from the reviews that this is probably one of the least efficient and careless immigration centres out there. They have no respect for you or your mental health. Ive spent nights in tears because my sister cant make it to our wedding thanks to you. Why cant you hire more people and ensure every application gets a fair go without racism. Really disappointed as a citizen."
