"This place is always packed. LITERALLY. Therefore, it takes quite a long while prior to receive your prescription. ( yet, understandable). I love how they can utilise such small space into a store where you can still shop freely ( not having to sqeeze yourself through the aisle). One star is deducted because sometimes the staffs look pretty grumpy ( understandble thought, as they must be so stressed trying to manage the flow of people) The place is nice and tidy."
"Really Really bad service here. I rang ahead. Because I was told by Chemist Warehouse in Midland that NorthBridge had the medication I needed. I spoke with a pharmacist who told me that they did indeed have the stock. There was no waiting list for this medication. But it is in high demand. Therefore it should be allocated on a first come first served basis. I sent my husband straight over. As he was just around the corner. So he walked into the chemists literally 2 minutes after I had called ahead to check the medication was in stock. I had already signed my prescription over for collection. However the pharmacist refused to dispense the medication! This is totally unacceptable! And I am totally disgusted with the discrimination shown by the pharmacist dispensing the medication! I had a prescription. And it was in stock! Therefore there is no reason not to dispense! Truly disgraceful!!!!"
"5 stars to the woman who works at the checkout. She is always a DELIGHT and seems to remember everyone. I'm only there once a month but she remembers me every time and is charming. She's also got great nails. She deserves a raise."
