"Had the worst experience today at shaver shop in Elizabeth, I have purchased the high end clipper 2 months ago and paid $349 in Rundle mall and now the power is dropping and tends to pull hair. Decided to return it to the nearest shaver shop thinking that they will deal with this kind of issue same as the other shaver shop store . But I was wrong , I was served by a very rude lady who's laughing at me because my English is not that good . She accused me of dropping my clipper ... even if she saw that it is in a very good condition and has no scratches or hair build up on the blade. If it was dropped then blade will be broken and would make some kind of noise when turned on. She keep on saying that she can't exchange or refund my clipper because there's nothing wrong with it and i just have to buy a new one ! Why would I waste my time coming to this store if there's nothing wrong with my clipper. I have been cutting hair for 10 years and have another clipper that I purchased from 10 years ago and never had this kind of issues. Please train your staff properly on how to handle this kind of issues, don't just sell to make money!!! Also don't discriminate !!!"
