Annette McInerney, then just 23 years old, set out to single-handedly build a business in a heavily male-dominated industry. Her dedication and passion paved the way for Shouz to grow, and her daughter Kate has now joined as the General Manager. Together, this mother-daughter duo has crafted the perfect customer experience, expanding Shouz to four brick-and-mortar stores and an online shop, all operated by a team of 20 incredible women. And let's not forget the sweet contributions of Annette's grandkids, little Grace and James, who occasionally make special cameo appearances on our social media channels.
