"Stayed for 1 night and had to have a cold shower, carpet was filthy, stains on the bed sheets, no cool aircon, so much noise from things in the building if it was squeaky water pipes I'm not sure but every 5mins i would hear a sound like a dog yelping is the best way to describe it, and on top of that there was also a sound like an extra loud kettle boiling every that went on constantly throughout the night. The worst nights sleep ever and a cold shower just to make the experience just that little bit better. Oh and the 4, 250ml bottles of water placed on the kitchen worktop with a $3 sticker on each of them, seriously.... I'll leave it there and have it straight from the tap"
"Rooms had dirty floors, chewing gum on the carpet. Really good facilities with laundry and kitchen. Bedrooms and beds were clean, but the living room was tired with old sofas, floors with chewing gum in the carpet. No parking available."
"Unfortunately the rooms weren't very clean (stained carpets, layers of dust and mold) and the couch was overdue for replacement. There is no one physically at the building as reception or management so no easy or quick way to raise these issues at the time of arrival."
"This would have to be the worst place I have stayed at in Australia, Air con not working dishwasher had been removed and sink leaking into the cupboard below, the afterhours contact is ran from another country so no help what so ever. Will never stay with this organisation again."
"I was a bit nervous about the place given the reviews are very up and down, but overall it was all good. Quite good size and a nice amount of space. I got it for a decent cost overall. Only issue really was that it should come with at least one car spot included. The price to get a car spot was frankly a bit outrageous."
