Converse was our last stop of what had been an overwhelming and challenging, yet necessary, afternoon of shopping for my lad and I. Staff member, Bianca, read the situation perfectly and approached to assist with appropriate shoe selection. Bianca’s attention to detail, level of engagement with my son and I, and product knowledge (and subsequent recommendation) was unmatched and much appreciated. The service provided was impeccable. Bianca had my son re-engaging in the process, smiling and vocalising his shoe reviews! This is unheard of! We love the shoes too! Flyease Heel Pops - am amazing shoe which is to designed to slip the foot straight in. Kick on, kick off!! I also wanted to commend the actions of one of the staff dealing with an extremely difficult customer who became abusive and threatening. The staff member handled himself respectfully and proffesionally after being abused. Staff member defused the situation and stayed in control of situation preventing further escalation. Respectfully he made the store safe for his staff and customers. I have never witnessed such disgusting behaviour of a customer. Well done mate on how you conducted yourself 5 stars”
