"Quality work and lovely customer service! They gave me great advice for my nails. I was not sure whether I should change from acrylic to SNS on my long natural nails. They advised builder gel which turned out great on my nails. It’s super thin and sleek but still protects the natural nails under. It gets busy but if you call in advance you shouldn’t have a problem getting in. Definitely my new place. Love it!"

"I am new to Perth, this is the first and only nail salon I have yet been to. The nail technicians are professional and do a beautiful job with nails however I really don’t appreciate, whether I am a new customer or not, nail salons adding additional unmentioned charges on to your payment at the end of an appointment. I think it’s sly and unnecessary. Visited twice, made bookings both times for acrylic nails, first time was charged an extra $5 for ‘extra long nail length’ (is this not the point of acrylic nails - for them to be long, not entirely sure why you’ll be charged extra for the less plastic tip you want to have cut off?). Despite the extra charge, I was happy with my nails so I returned back to the salon a week ago, for infill acrylics. I was charged $90!. An extra $10 for one acrylic nail fix which the nail technician herself chose to take off and replace, $5 extra for nail length again and $15 for french tip design. Personably I think charging $10 especially for one single nail fix which the nail technician chose to remove and replace by her own objection is unfair and really overpriced. I’ll be finding another salon as the last appointment just left me feeling ripped off and unvalued as a new customer."

"I have been getting Builder Gel here for the past several months and i always get comments on how great they look. I like the builder gel as it lasts me 4 weeks, they look natural and no soaking off each time just a refill. The ladies are great gere very happy."
