"I was recommended this place by a friend since small businesses i knew were booked out for the week, I walk in around the start of 4ish the staff that i talked to and showed a picture of what i wanted was really nice she goes over to one of the other staff workers starts talking i think negotiating price she said it would be $145 which at first i was shocked but since how much pattern and design these nails had i understood the pricing at that point. I sat down and waited for another lady to come and start my nails off, she did the exact length i needed and asked for, just some nails were uneven then others and more clumpy then it started to get busy so the current staff worker i had changed with the worker who was negotiating the nail price pretty sure bc she has more experience in designs but when it came to my two pinky’s fingers and my 2nd fingers with the same pattern she did have to redo it a couple times which is fine id rather her try and fix it then not do anything at all, i asked her twice to fix the pattern and when it got to her showing me it was still the same so i just let her continued. at the end of her finishing my nails i go up to pay and she tells me it would be $10 extra didn’t tell me a reason just told me that the girl forgot to tell me good thing i had enough on my card, So please if u THINK u can do the design or just slightly please do not do it at all and for future advice please tell customers when something is extra BEFORE u start their nails. "I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple of months. I got my BIAB done for the first time today. I went from acrylic to BIAB with nail art. My nails are perfect as always. Kevin did amazing job. Highly recommend!"

"Terrible place i went today for classic French and asked for Diamonds details and the girl let my nails extremely short more than i asked her and she didn’t apply the diamonds. For the price i paid I’m really upset and i told her about I wasn’t happy and she told me now I finished already. Don’t go there and thanks me later for this advice. And as you can see, customers for them have no reason. I get my nails d every 15 days and I've never had any problems. The employee there is extremely rude and as you can see the salon's response here too. I always get my nails done at the salon in Karrinyup or Innaloo and have never had any issues. You guys should accept that you did the job wrong and still want to be rude instead of going along with it and doing as requested. And not I didn’t gave you guys twice 1 star my sister went to you guys and she didn’t like the results same the another girl in build she went 2 weeks ago and you guys change the color she asked for… so I’m not the only one unhappy about your salon Xx i hope you take it as advice and change a few things in your salon as worrying with your clients are satisfied and happy in the end Instead of answering the comment using emojis as a child Xx"

"My second time coming here, got my acrylic refilled. Cannot believe how perfect the shaping was!! Never had someone be so precise with making sure all my nails were even and perfect ❤️ staff are lovely too and gentle, I recommend booking as they are busy for a reason! Best nails I’ve ever had, thank you!"

"Went in there to get basic coffin nail. Service was ok, staff were friendly. I had read some good reviews online. However maybe the girl I got was very new and inexperienced... All nails are different lengths and different size. The overlay was so thick and uneven (the top of my acrylic nails look so wavy now). The overall look is quite chunky. Edges were not cleaned (I had to go home and clean it myself, but still can't manage to clean the cuticle area). Quite unhappy because they charged me $75 for the service. Usually for this amount I can get better quality and even a single design on a nail. Warning to everyone to read the bad review as well because your service depends on the staff you get. And if you get a good staff then you'll have a good experience, but if you get an inexperienced staff, then you get bad experience like me. Look at some photos I took when I got home"
