"Staff wasn't friendly and not very helpful either. She practically barked at me when I asked her a question. I understand it's the shop's condition that staff can not provide advice, yet if there is a disclaimer that any advice given should be at face value. If price attack offers professional advice when they cut/perm/dye hair, then they can provide general advice when customers shop there. I hope the staff receives feedback well and that changes are made. 2 stars for the great range of products on offer. If I can't find elsewhere.. I may return."
