"The experience in the place was horrible, stood at the front waiting for someone to help me, one lady (who ended up cutting my hair) looked at me and just looked back at her client and finished her conversation. Then reluctantly came over and helped me, the hair wash was just bad in itself, and then she messed up my hair, I've had to fix parts of it myself because she left long bits of hair, she didn't try and chat with me during the service, wasn't really friendly at all, and then charged me for a restyle, it was just a trim and layers and fix up of my fringe, wouldn't recommend to anyone to go here"

"Absolutely disgusted. My 12 yo Autistic daughter went in to have her hair cut. She had saved up to have it restyled as she wanted to pay for it herself. $46. I rang Monday to complain as from what you can see her hair was completely hacked and nothing like the hairstyle requested. It even had a U shape chunk on the side missing. She has now been teased at school with names like Thelma and Dora as I had to get it fixed as it would have been worse than those names. Still to today the Manager has not called me back as the day I called she had just finished with a client and came to the counter when I was still on the phone and told the lady I was speaking to she would call me back! Nothing!! My daughter deserves a refund thank you!!"
