"Literally everything they do is amazing. We've been here many times. I've been doing low and slow smoking and barbecue myself for years and I can tell you for a fact that there is a ton of skill, passion, energy and effort that they put into their craft. I've also attended BBQ festivals overseas, and this is some of the best I've had. It's a tie between their brisket and pork ribs for my favourite. My favourite sides are the mac and cheese and potato salad. Their beer selection is also very good, sometimes with craft beers from the US to pair with the food. Worth the trip!"
"You get what you're expecting. Everything is what you think it's going to be- in the best way. We visited as a big group so had the 'let us feed you' option which was a section of all the meats and the sides we chose. The cornbread was amazing but the other sides were fine, a bit underwhelming. We had an apple pie (?) Cheesecake for dessert, incredible *chefs kiss* The staff were really lovely and prompt. My only critique is more pickles would've been amazing but I'm a big pickle fan. Overall, a must visit!"
"Beef brisket sandwich/burger was delicious. Some of the side dishes were a little too salty for my liking but generally the whole experience was excellent. Will have to visit in a big group next time to sample all of the different meats!"
