"During my recent booking, clearly there was some in-house training happening, however they stopped and I was immediately approached by a consultant named Tayla. Although it was late, she was patient, attentive, walked me through multiple options (I'm perhaps not an easy customer) and I received electronic confirmation of my booking after the store closed. Obviously someone stayed late. This was followed up by a personal email the next day offering seat selection. Tayla's service standards were exceptional and well supported by a store manager who was knowledgeable and professional in the guidance of his team.
