"I have been to this restaurant many time and used to always love it. The food used to be fantastic. In my last 3 visits it has just declined and declined. It is clear that in a bid to increase profit/manage rising costs, they are cutting back in what they deliver. I have never before had a seafood pasta where the seafood was not identifiable. They had chopped up prawns into tiny pieces and the scallops and octopus where unidentifiable. The sausage and broccoli gnocchi used to be the best…….it is now swimming in sauce with a sprinkling of sausage that is very ungenerous. The lady next door to us had salmon with an “ocean sauce”……it looked like what a kid makes with play dough…..bright blue and I heard her telling the waitress how awful it was. I’m sad to write this review, having loved this restaurant. A big mistake is to change a winning formula. Lupo Lab would have been better to increase their prices to maintain their quality. I won’t be returning again……2 average meals followed by a poor meal is me done. Spritz across the road was far superior in quality……even though noisy and theatrical."

"Very cozy and friendly but classy atmosphere, the pasta was incredible as was the truffle fries and grilled octopus. Excellent service from the staff, they were all very polite and welcoming and were very quick to pick up on when we were waiting to order. Food only took about five minutes to come out despite the restaurant being quite busy. An excellent experience and will invite friends and family to join us next time"

"Dined in Lupolab for the first time, great customer service and atmosphere. The quality of the food isn’t that great for its price, we tried the seafood and beef raggu fettuccine pasta and i believe they hand make it, what disappointed me was the carbonara, i think it was undercooked which made the texture of the pasta hard, still tasted like authentic carbonara, but i believe you can easily cook your own carbonara at home. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be back the second time. I still enjoyed trying out this restaurant, their vanilla cheesecake for dessert was amazing, and they have a cool variety of drinks/cocktails."

"Absolutely loved our first time visiting LuboLab, our server was lovely and bubbly and it was lovely having Mirko come round to each table, either serving, taking orders or having a chat to customers. The food was well presented and delicious. We tried the kids gnocchi, home made arachini balls and grilled octopus for entree, truffle and porcini gnocchi and seafood fettuccine for mains and vanilla baked cheesecake and rosemary panna cotta for dessert."

"The aesthetic was pleasing to the eye and staff were friendly and welcoming. I got the fennel salad with chicken added, the chicken kind of overpowered the rest of the flavours of the salad and I couldn’t really taste anything else and the orange seemed like it had been cut up a while ago and left out because it had no flavour. I would have like a little bit more pomegranate to balance out the overpowering saltiness of the chicken. The dressing was also a bit bland. I’ve seen the good reviews about the rest of the menu, which looks amazing, I was going to give 3 stars based on the salad alone but I think maybe they were having an off day and the staff were lovely."
