"Very disappointed with the customer service after initially having something ordered in. The day I went in and did this the woman who I won’t trash on here was lovely. Then the 2 other times I was treated differently. The size wasn’t even checked when I came to pick up, I expressed my concerns and was brushed off to be told “it’s winter”. The understanding was that I needed something straight away which is why I had ordered my size in. I rang and was told it had to be resized and would take a few weeks… complete opposite to what I needed. Then tonight I found out it was 2 sizes bigger than I ordered…. Definitely will not be going back and won’t be recommending the Joondalup store. I’ve worked in retail management and how I was treated was not ok. Thanks for nothing!"

"I totally sympathise with the people who felt uncomfortable in this store, I won't be back myself. ring was the wrong size, sent it to be fixed and I guess the employee didn't measure correctly because they sent me back a ring that was still too big. went back with the new ring and they told us it would cost us something if we sent it back to be resized properly when the mistake is on their end. nah, I think I'll pay Proud's to resize it before I give Shiel's any more money on top of what we've already paid for subpar service from rude and arrogant staff."
